Talk to a counselor?
Who, me?

You may think counseling is only for people with "real" problems---chronic mental health issues or serious behavioral disorders. The truth is none of us are immune to the battering effects of life. Even "normal" life can leave us feeling ovewhelmed and hopeless. Even people of faith wonder from time to time,
"Is this all there is?"

How about you?  How many times have you wished you had someone "with skin on" to talk to confidentially, knowing that you would be treated with unconditional positive regard, compassion and kindness?  How long has it been since you dared hope that the problems you face have real solutions or that you could change the destructive thoughts and behaviors holding you captive?

Dr. Sandy Breazeale may just be the person and professional helper you have longed to meet.
